"Youth IN Change: Yes we (c) are” is a Youth Exchange for people between 18 and 30 years old from Spain, Germany, France, and Italy, who are interested in sustainable ways of living, ecovillage lifestyles, personal development, nature connection, and emotional work. This exchange is for those who wish to grow as change-makers in this age of unprecedented challenges.
Participants will engage in morning activities with the ZEGG community, such as gardening, Terra Preta, and kitchen work. In the afternoons, they will experiment with tools related to self-development, group dynamics, and sustainable living, exploring fundamental personal and collective topics such as emotions, boundaries, consent, desire, power, privilege, love, and money, within an ecological and intersectional cultural framework (and with a lot of dancing and embodied practices!).
Are you committed to inner process work, transformation, and stepping out of your comfort zone? Are you ready to dive deep into yourself, face your inner dragons, expand your box, and embrace life in its pure love? Our experience has shown us that this journey can be both intense and beautiful.
We aim to create a nervous-system-sensitive space where we slow down to deeply feel what is happening around us and allow ourselves to integrate. Our vision is to cultivate a group experience where we can learn and explore ourselves with each other, leaving with a greater sense of inner presence and a loving connection to ourselves, others, and nature.
Our intention is to create a space as safe as possible for personal and collective processes, while acknowledging that there is no such thing as a perfectly safe space—only a safer one. We do our best to accompany the group while also encouraging participants to be aware of the risks of encountering triggering topics or differing opinions and to take responsibility for their own safety and well-being, with the facilitation team there to support them.
We are looking for 24 young adults, between 18 and 30 years old, who are motivated to challenge themselves, dive deep into inner work, and fully engage in a transformative experience.
