The Diversity Center's Youth Program is hosting Under The Stars: An All-Inclusive Prom for LGBTQ+ youth in Santa Cruz County. This year we are expecting 120 youth to attend, which means we'll need a lot of helping hands to make it happen!

The date is Saturday, April 7th at the First Christian Church: 15 Madison Street in Watsonville

Please note everyone volunteering during the dance, 6:30pm - 10:00pm, must be live scanned (unless you're live scanned through the Diversity Center or are a teacher/employee of a school district)

Please select all shifts you would be interested in below. Shift selections are not final and the Volunteer Coordinator will reach you via phone or email to help decide which shift(s) are the best fit for your schedule and preference.

Morning Set Up (10:00am - 1:00pm): Tables/Chairs, Decorations

Afternoon Set Up (1:00pm - 3:00pm): Decorations, Lights

Afternoon Set Up (3:30pm - 6:30pm) : Photo Booth, Food Prep, etc.

*Registration (6:30pm - 7:30pm): Checking people in [FULL]

*Food Serving (6:30pm - 8:30pm): Handling food and drink

*Security (6:30pm - 10:00pm): Making sure there's no ins and outs

*Dance Floor Chaperone (7:30pm -10:00pm): Ensuring safety

*Stage Monitor (6:30pm - 8:00pm): Helping drag performers

Clean-Up (10:00pm - 11:30pm): Breaking everything down
