Event PayPal Authorization Request
The PayPal deputies need the approval of the Event Steward, Branch Seneschal, and Branch Exchequer, before we list an event for pre-registration.
The PayPal Deputies will build your Pre-registration form from the information you give us in this form. You will be given a chance to approve that form before the event goes live for registration.
For "Sale Items" Please fill in as many of those sections as you need. You set the price and title. You can include items with no charge. You can tell us how many you want to make available. You can include up to 6 items on this form.
If your needs exceed the available categories or your event is extremely non-standard, please contact the PayPal Deputies directly at
Standardly registration closes the Wednesday about 10 days before the event and opens the Wednesday 4 weeks before that. If you would like different open and closing dates please ask the PayPal deputy to see what can be accomodated.
We can accept credit cards at gate with pre-approval in keeping with the West Kingdom PayPal Policy.

Refund/Transfer Policy - All refunds will be handled by the Sponsoring Branch. (check all that apply)
REFUNDS MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE THE EVENT OPENS AND WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE EVENT IS OVER. PROCESSING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED.
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BRANCH FINANCIAL COMMITTEE.
PURCHASERS MAY TRANSFER THEIR REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER BY CONTACTING THE EVENT STEWARD OR EVENT REGISTRATION DEPUTY.
