Region F Awards DSK Nominations
This is to be used for the individuals that are to be nominated for the region's highest honor, the Distinguished Service Key. Please feel free to email awards@aporegionf.org  if you have any questions concerning the nomination. All nominations need to be submitted by 11:59pm on Sunday, October 27.

Region F Distinguished Service Key (DSK)
The Region F Distinguished Service Key (DSK) is given to those individuals who meet the following criteria at the REGIONAL (not chapter or sectional) level:

• Exemplifies the three cardinal principles of Alpha Phi Omega.
• Enthusiasm.
• Commitment.
• Diversity of involvement.
• Reliability and availability.
• Unselfish giving of resources.
• Quality and quantity of service.
• Outstanding differences made in the region.
• Past and present efforts and accomplishments for a consistent period of at least one calendar year or more.

Each  nomination must  be  able  to  fit  on  two  typewritten  pages.  Typewritten  nominations  must  use  1”  margins  with  a font  no  smaller  than  10pt.   It is recommended you compose this in a word processing program and copy and paste it here.
