Local Line's POS feature integrates with Local Line's online and ACH payment processor, LocalPay. The POS feature is only compatible with the latest version of LocalPay, which is currently available to U.S. customers only.
POS processing rates vary by plan, and are slightly lower than rates for payments made entirely online when the card isn't present:
- Starter - not available
- Core - 2.7% + $0.05
- Premium - 2.5% + $0.05
- Ultimate - 2.3% + $0.05
LocalPay is compatible with two POS devices. Lead time is 5-10 business days for each model.

Some key differences between the devices are:- Move/5000 has a larger and more advanced touchscreen interface.
- Move/5000 offers more internal memory and MicroSD expandability.
- Move/5000 is slightly larger and heavier.
- Neither device prints receipts. The Local Line invoice can be emailed or printed instead.
- Both support various payment methods, but Move/5000 also includes QR code support.
- Battery life is ~6-8 hours for each device with normal usage. This will also depend on the transaction volume, environment, and how power and battery management settings are managed. For example, Ingenico recommends having it in the charging cradle when not being used. While the Move/5000 has a higher mAH, it uses more battery because it runs a full OS, has a big display and printer.
- Neither device has 4G/LTE, which is used if WiFi isn’t available.
