Make Injury pickups Free.  Charge $10 for all free agent pickups.  (Current Rule D5 - A $5.00 Interim Injury pick-up can be made with the stipulation that the player signed must play the same position as the injured player and be returned to the Free Agent pool when the Injured Player is healed.  A team's roster may exceed the 53 player limit when there is an injury pick up until the injured player heals.
