2017 Hog Flop Registration Form

The Animal Science Graduate Student Association invites you to be a hero and make a splash during National Autism Awareness Month. The Hog Flop 2017 is a charity cannonball contest benefiting the NWA Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities. The cannonball contest is a single-elimination tournament where competitors will perform a cannonball into the pool. Performances will be judged on overall stye and water displacement. The Elite Eight performers will be awarded prizes from local sponsors such as: Outback Steakhouse, Lokomotion, Mellow Mushroom, Northwest Athletic Club, and more! The most impressive 'Hog Flop Hero' will be crowned the inaugural Hog Flop Champion. Competition is open to students, faculty, and NWA community members. Organizations with the most Hero's will be recognized at the award ceremony. This is a family-fun event, and snacks and concessions will be available.

> Thursday, April 27th at 7:00pm at the University of Arkansas HPER Building pool
> Competitor check-in from 6:00-6:45pm.
>Warm-ups begin at 7:00pm following a brief rules briefing.
