TEDxCU 2020 Committee Application
This application is for undergraduate students in any major at the University of Colorado Boulder.

The committees for TEDxCU 2020 work in support of the Executive Committee. These committees include:

Speaker committee--responsible for coaching speakers. This is very time intensive and requires 40-50 hours of work from January through the event on April 2, 2020.

Partnership Committee--responsible for helping to cultivate and solicit sponsors for the event. This committee is responsive for fundraising with corporate and individual sponsors.

Operations Committee--responsible for helping at the event itself with welcoming guests, set-up, tear-down, etc. This committee's work will happen on the day of the event, with a few meetings leading up to the event.

Design Committee--responsible for designs in all marketing materials, including social media, flyers, stickers, event t-shirts, event logo, etc. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required. All persons invited to interview will be asked to submit a portfolio prior to the interview.

Marketing Committee--Work with the director of marketing to publicize all events associated with TEDxCU, including our main stage event, TEDxCUSalon, and TEDxCUWomen livestream.

Outreach Committee--This committee is made up of student ambassadors who take responsibility for their dorm or living area to get people excited to attend TEDxCU! This will include working with RAs and dorm staff to get permissions and imagine creative campaigns to publicize TEDxCU. While not a requirement, we want to especially encourage applications from those living on campus.
