People with disabilities, cultural administrators, and experts on legal obligations will share the best ways to create and maintain a physically accessible space for visitors. Starting with and then going beyond legal standards and guidelines, the panel will engage those using these accessible features on how to keep up with changes and how to best meet their needs. The panel will also cover the process of a cultural institution going through and completing a renovation and what resources are crucial to getting it right.
