Here at Cadent we safely transport gas to over 11 million homes and businesses throughout the North West, West Midlands, East of England and North London. We put our customers at the heart of everything and help all our customers to understand the range of additional support available to them.
We also work closely with a diverse range of partners such as Disabled Living and customer groups to create, develop and improve the right products and services for our customers. Cadent are therefore committed to keeping customers safe, warm and independent in their homes.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, it should only take about 10 minutes of your time. Your feedback will enable us to shape the future for customers who may find themselves in a vulnerable situation and ensure every interaction with Cadent is a positive one.
