Terms and Conditions
It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before proceeding with the transaction. If there is any term that you do not understand or do not agree to, please discuss it with me. Only proceed to order if you wish to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Payment. You may pay in full before we start making the artwork or you may pay 50% of the total upfront and the remaining will be upon the completion of the work.
2. Ownership. The ownership of the design will be yours, but I reserve the right to use the finished work in my portfolios and publish them across social media with watermarks.
- If you opted for a personal use artwork, you cannot resell them. Once caught, we will charge additional payments (P100-150 per artwork).
- If you opted for a business/commercial use of artwork, you can reproduce and sell them as you want.
3. Art Style. I will only draw in my style. Asking to imitate another artists' style will not be allowed.
4. Revision. After the work is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made such as small coloring and/or marking mistakes. Any great revisions, such as an outfit change, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely, will come with an extra charge.
5. Turnaround Time. Each artwork may take 3 days to finish depending on complexity, amount of workload, and personal/technical problems, but I will do my best to update you regularly.
6. Cancellation and Refund. Cancellation is not allowed and the amount paid upfront will not be refunded.
Note:
Please include as many references as possible—reference sheets, palettes, anything you think is important! Also, the photos (visual references) should be compiled in Google Drive and the link should be set to "Anyone on the internet with this link can view". Make sure to have them ready before proceeding to the next page.
