2024 Memorial Day Festival Vendor Application
Please complete this application to the best of your ability so that you may be included in the 2024 Memorial Day Festival, hosted on Monday, May 27th from 10-5. Every year, the village of Boalsburg is transformed into the destination for commemorating those who have fallen in service to protecting our freedoms as Americans. We honor our heritage and celebrate in our hometown of Boalsburg, the "Birthplace of Memorial Day." At our site, we offer tours of the museum and chapel, horse and carriage rides, live music, food and drink vendors, artisans, and other entertainment for our visitors. Thank you for your support of the Columbus Chapel & Boal Mansion Museum, a nonprofit organization.

The key details:
EVENT - Monday, May 27th from 10-5

Arrival and setup: Monday, May 27th from 8:30-9:30 unless you make prior arrangements by contacting Anna Rupprecht @ 724.859.5324. Alternate setup may be available on Sunday, May 26th from 5-6PM. Upon arrival, unload and remove vehicle.
You will be directed where to park for free.
Display organized by: 10AM. Disassemble booth by 5PM.
No cars allowed on site to load before 8AM.
● All exhibitors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and setting up display. Please have
a neat and clean selling area and bag your waste.
● All exhibitors are responsible for their own tax number and collection. Tax charts not
provided by the site.
● Electricity available by prior arrangement. No vehicles or trailers at booth site unless by prior arrangement.
● The Columbus Chapel & Boal Mansion Museum is not responsible for any loss, damage or
injury that may occur to those assigned space.
● This is a juried show, no retail or resale permitted unless with explicit permission from A. Rupprecht.
● Must be off site no later than 6:00 p.m.
● All proceeds benefit historic preservation at the Boal Mansion, a non-profit organization.
