Due to the impact of Covid and the recent tropical storm, I have decided to extend the deadline for Nutcracker participation to September 30, 2021. The following information must be received by Sept. 30 in order to participate in the Nutcracker production. Payment of the performance fee or registration fee is due Oct. 1, 2021. Any payments not received by the date due will automatically be charged to the card on file. This form will cover all fees except for costumes. Costume costs average between $65-$85 depending on the costume. Costumes will be ordered the the first week of October.
