Booking Conditions:

a) Please note that practitioners whose 3 year New Practitioner period finishes on 31st December will get priority for courses during the current year.

b) All courses are run on the basis of establishing groups of 6 advocate trainees, of whom 3 trainees “act” for the claimant/prosecution/applicant and 3 “act” for the defendant/defence/respondent. These roles are closely allied to the Advocacy teaching programme. If you do not attend on the day, the 5 other colleagues in your Group will not be able to carry out the training as successfully. Please bear this in mind.

c) A penalty fee may be exacted at the Inn’s discretion if you fail to attend any element of the course.

d) If you know you will be unable to attend in advance of the course, please give notice immediately so that another practitioner can take your place. Cancellations within 10 days prior to the course will not be refunded.

e) Payment will be requested only once your place has been confirmed and must be received 10 days prior to the start of the course.

Many thanks,
