The HMS faculty and staff cordially extend an invitation to all HMS students to honor their U.S. Armed Forces relatives, veteran or active duty, at our annual U.S. Armed Forces Veterans Day Program. Honorees will enjoy a continental breakfast and be individually recognized during the program. Please complete and submit a Google form for each veteran or active serviceman/woman to be honored during the program by Monday, November 6th. Breakfast will be served at 8:15 a.m; the program starts at 9:00 a.m.

Important Dates & Information:

• MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6th: Google Guest form due for each veteran or active serviceman/woman to be honored at the
HMS Veterans Day program. Please complete a Google Honoree form, below, for each of your honored guest.

• THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9th (8:15 – 8:45): Check in for all program honorees. The check-in table will be directly inside the glass doors as you enter the Competition Gym. Every honoree MUST check in at the registration table before the program.

• THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9th @ 8:15: Complimentary continental breakfast for all program honorees and spouses.

• THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9th @ 9:00: HMS U.S. Armed Forces Veterans Day Program will begin in the HMS Competition Gym.
