Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill - District Consolidated Report
NSED Evaluation forms will be submitted by respective schools to the District Office for consolidation, a day after the conduct of the NSED. District consolidated reports should be submitted to the Division Office, 5 days after the conduct of the drill through this online form.
