Every time I attempt to add a new location

Steps to reproduce:

I was on the locations page

I clicked on add a location

I entered my location of Charlotte, NC to the field and then selected Charlotte, NC from the drop down

This location did not appear

Expected Results:

Because I entered my location in the add locations flow and selected the location from the recommended locations, I expected that the location would populate as part of the locations field
