Sargent Rehabilitation Center operates a school for children. Visitors are asked to observe our no alcohol, no tobacco policies and to follow appropriate professional conduct at all times when visiting our campus, including observing confidentiality requirements, individual privacy and civil rights protections.

The following apply:

1. Campus Security: The Regional Resource Center (RRC) is located on a school campus. Sargent Center follows Rhode Island Health & Safety guidelines in coordination with local agencies. Admittance to the Sargent Center campus is restricted to the designated parking area and the conference room space inside the RRC building only, limited to the day and times of the rental event. Sargent Center reserves the right to remove anyone from the buildings and campus.
2. No Smoking anywhere on the campus location site (includes inside vehicles)
3. Internet Use: Free use of the internet is limited to appropriate sites for professional use inside the RRC conference space. Guest log in information will be made available on the day of the event
4. Technology Use: The RRC is equipped with a podium-based computer, a dropdown screen with additional wall mounted screens, and room for audio capacity. Technology use requires a written request specifying the technology needs 72 hours in advance of the event. Please make special requests as far in advance as possible.
5. RRC Room Temperature Control: Temperature control is monitored by Sargent Center staff.
