There are a number of important details that are necessary for this process to be completed;-You will need to know exactly which teams your club is entering into the competition.-You will need to have at a minimum the Coaches details (Name, Mobile & Email) of which they must be Level 2 (or Talent) Accredited (16's-18's Category) or Level 1 Accreditation (8's-14's Category) -You will need to have at a minimum the Assistant Coaches details (Name, Mobile & Email) of which they must be a Level 1 Accredited.-You will need to have a at a minimum the Managers details (Name, Mobile & Email)-You will need to have a qualified referee for each team and details (Name, Mobile & Email, Accommodation requirements), plus an additional one from your club (ie. 2 teams = 3 Referees)
All contacts require email as this will be the main form of communication for this tournament.
This process must be completed by the closing date: 5pm Sunday December 16th, 2018.
Failure to comply with this will involve, non-acceptance of team(s) entry or late penalty fees that must be paid prior to the commencement of the competition.
