Hello and welcome to CrossFit Kids Rocks!!
We are so excited you have made the decision to join our crew and to start learning all about CrossFit! We run 2 classes here at Rocks, a mini rockers class and a pre-teens class. Generally these classes are based around the age of a child, however, this can be flexible depending on experience level, maturity and some other factors. If you are unsure of which class your child/children fit into, please don't hesitate to get in contact. Either via email email@example.com or give us a call and we can help you out.
All classes run Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons. In the event of a public holiday failing on any of these days, we DO NOT run classes and this will be factored into your term fees.
MINI ROCKERS - (class cap of 10 students per class) Monday, Tuesday & Friday 3:45pm till 4:15pm
PRE-TEENS - (class cap of 10 students per class) Monday, Tuesday & Friday 4:15pm till 4:45pm
Please note that in the event of student class cap reached, priority will be given to children of adult CrossFit Rocks members and also those who can commit to three times a week over once or twice a week. In the event of class cap being reached, your name will be placed on our waiting list for the following term.
COST:Once a week = $150 for 10 week term Twice a week = $250 for 10 week term Three times a week = $350 for 10 week term
Additional siblings receive a 10% discount on training fees **PAYMENT MUST BE FINALISED BY THE END OF WEEK 2 AT THE START OF EACH TERM**If you join halfway through the term, your fees will be pro-rated
There are 2 ways to pay:1. Online through wodify, the link will come up after you submit your enrolment form 2. Eftpos/cash at the gym
These classes are stacks of fun and I am super passionate about teaching kids all things CrossFit!! There is always something new to learn and improve on and the skills learnt within the classes here, transfer over to many other activities that kids participate in.
