In an effort to keep all of our students and staff as safe as possible, we have the following health screening process in place.  Prior to your appointment, please fill out the health questionnaire.  If you answer "yes" to any of the questions, please reschedule your appointment at the school. Upon arrival we will be taking the temperature (contactless)  for anyone entering the building.  Any visitor with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will be rescheduled.
