Raider Rally Application
It's time to start planning our annual RAIDER RALLY and we hope you can join us!  This will be our 10TH ANNUAL and we are planning to make things a little extra special.  At your booth, if you'd like to honor this milestone in any way, please feel free to do so.  

Complete the application NOW so we can get things rolling.

The Raider Rally Team is excited to gather the community and kick-off the start of the 2026-2027 school year.  We typically see close to 3,000 people come through the gates of this event which makes it a great way to connect with people who live, work and play in the greater Flushing area.

Important Info
  • Participants must provide their own table, chairs, tent, etc.
  • NO power, water or electricity provided.
  • Site locations and sizes are assigned based on availability.
  • Music not permitted in the participant area due to interference with announcements.
  • Any food served must abide by Health Dept. regulations, have needed permits on site.
  • All activities offered must be elementary age appropriate.
  • Participants should plan on providing a child appropriate take-away, give-away or prize.
  • The Raider Rally Committee has the right to approve/deny all activities being offered.
  • Participants must provide their own trash removal and site must be cleared by 8:30 p.m.
Weather
We will monitor the weather very closely.  Raider Rally will be canceled only in the event of severe weather.  If the decision to cancel is made, we will contact participants via text/phone call.  If no communication is received, you can assume the event will proceed as scheduled.
