EV Church Facility Request Form


To ensure that we understand your request and are able to assist in a timely manner, please submit your request at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Your request is subject to approval and in general, no booking is taken more than 6 months in advance. Costs and charges will be calculated after booking approval.

Booking times are to be selected to ensure sufficient time for pack-down and for all personnel to be off site by 10pm.

The only weekend period likely to be available is between 8am and 2pm on Saturdays.
