CO-LA 2025 Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the Civic Orchestra of Los Angeles!


The application process consists of two steps:

   STEP 1: Fill out the CO-LA 2025 Application Form with personal information.

   STEP 2: Upload 3 audition videos as Unlisted YouTube Videos:

                • Video1 - personal statement

                • Video 2 - your choice of a solo piece (accompaniment not required)

                • Video 3 - the selected audition excerpt 

                • Provide the 3 video links in the CO-LA 2025 Audition Video Form.


Application deadline is December 15, 2024.
