The British 10K London run- is now officially pronounced as THE WORLD’S GREATEST ROAD RACE ROUTE. Over 25,000 runners cover an Iconic London (such as Hyde Park, Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, Victoria Embankment, Saint Paul’s Cathedral & Westminster Bridge & The Big Ben).
Runners who will represent IAHV this year will get free printed T-Shirts, chip timings, historic finishers medal & Certificate SMS result of time and rank, free downloadable photograph, 20% discounts to central London attractions, museums, eating out etc.
As the run is very popular, places will be given on a 'first-cum-first-served' basis.

Do not bring valuables to the baggage bays on race day. The organisers will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of participants' kit bags however caused. If it is raining on race day seal you bag inside a clear plastic bag. Make sure you arrive fully hydrated on race day.
Course certified by AIMS measurer. It's a condition of entry that you will be able to finish the race in under 2 hours. Any fancy dress costumes must be functional and runner friendly, for further details please see website at www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk
