Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the retreat. 

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the retreat, we will not refund your payment. 

Health and safety: Breathwork can cause a powerful detoxification of body and mind, and it is important that you are in good physical and mental health to participate. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or concerns. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we believe may be at risk.

Conduct: We expect all participants to treat each other and our team with respect and kindness. Any behaviour that is disruptive or harmful to others may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

Liability: By participating in the retreat, you agree to release us from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the retreat.

Photography and media: We may take photographs or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. We always do our best to respect your privacy. But by participating in the retreat, you agree to allow us to use any such media in our marketing materials.

Changes to the retreat: We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, schedule, or location if necessary.

Refusal of service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the retreat is held.
