Gate Keeping: Keeping guest count, helping I.D. for drink bracelets, keeping the gates clear of debris etc.

Kidzone: Making sure our Kidzone stays safe, clean and fun! May be helping with arts and crafts, activities, handling lines, etc.

Grounds: Ensures the park stays clean and clear and debris, points out areas of interest to guests, helps vendors, checks in with volunteers and staff

Set up: Helps set up tents, booths, trash cans, etc. Load in/ Load Out.

Tear Down: Helps take the festival down, helps clear out and clean the park etc.

Bar Tenders: Helps guests redeem vouchers/tokens with beverages from the bar.

Happy to be here: Willing to jump in wherever needed!

First Aid or Security: We will have hired security, but extra eyes and hands are always welcome!

I commit to volunteering at the Mohave Pride Event held May 31st, 2025. As a volunteer to any part of this event or associated events, I agree to the following

*I will be ready, prepared, and at the event no less than 10 minutes prior to my shift or responsibility.

*I understand that if I am extremely late, fail to arrive, or complete my responsibilities I may be asked not to volunteer for future Pride events.

*I will be sure to stay hydrated and fed, keeping an eye on my body’s needs to keep me and other festival goers safe.

*I will keep my overall behavior at or below PG13 and behave with grace and respect for myself and all others for the duration of the event.

*I agree to stay in regular contact with my ‘supervisor’ and be sure to report anything I feel necessary.

*I will make my best attempt to dress in the theme of the event (not required, just a fun encouragement)

*I understand that no alcoholic beverages shall be consumed during my shift.

*I understand that Mohave Pride is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during my volunteer activities.

*Most of all I promise to have a blast supporting our local LGBTQIA2S+ community at Mohave Pride Fantassance!
