Zephyr Apps & MOODLE Password Reset Request Form for Students
This form can be used by students when they are away from school to request that their passwords be reset. This form is not monitored 24x7, but the password change will be made as soon as possible. During the school day students can go to the media center to have their computer/network password, Zephyr Apps (G Suite), and/or MOODLE passwords reset.

After the password is reset a temporary password will be sent to the parents/guardians' primary email addresses that are listed in the student information, Synergy. The student can then use the temporary password to login and reset her/his password.
