The primary contact receives all NAMC and tournament-related communication. It is their responsibility to ensure all tournament attendees are well-informed, especially regarding information on tournament logistics. For both in-person and virtual tournaments, the primary contact must be aware of competitors’ locations at all times. In case of emergency, the primary contact must be easily accessible by phone and/or email to both students and tournament hosts. If a secondary contact or temporary tournament-specific contact need be appointed, please email NAMC or the tournament hosts.
