Prices:
Prices are per person based on double occupancy and are cruise only. Request Single/Triple/ Quad prices. Prices do not include optional excursions, or all items of a personal nature. Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay, Expedia Wine Club Cruises reserves the right to correct pricing errors or omissions and to change any and all fares, fees, and surcharges at any time until final payment is received. Prices will not increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government‐imposed taxes, fees or fuel surcharges. Fares, offers, itineraries, and programs are capacity controlled, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Fare may include a wine experience component which may have separate terms than the cruise line and are identified in the cancellation fees. CANCELLATION FEES:
The following Cancellation Fee Schedule applies to this Wine and/or Theme Cruise offered by Expedia CruiseShipCenters. This schedule precedes all other carrier terms unless specifically stated.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay strongly recommends you purchase travel insurance, for covering cancellation, full medical expenses during your trip, medical evacuation, supplier default, and travel delay.  
It is our policy to send every traveler a travel-insurance quote.  Note that by not purchasing insurance, you assume all risk of loss.  In order to include the waiver for pre-existing conditions, travel insurance needs to be purchased within 10 days of deposit.  Insurance can only be refunded within 10-days of its purchase if done in writing
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND DOCUMENTATION:
Passengers must provide proper identification to travel.  US and Canadian citizens must present a passport valid for six months from date of return to the US. In addition, visas may be required. Each guest is responsible for obtaining proper documentation to enter the countries on their itinerary. All non-US Citizens are responsible to obtain documentation requirements independently. Your full name, as it appears on your passport must be given to your travel professional at time of booking and appear on all cruise documents and airline tickets unless dictated by the carrier.  Please visit www.travel.state.gov for more information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  
IN NO EVENT SHALL SEVEN SEAS VOYAGES AND PROMOTIONS A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, d.b.a EXPEDIA CRUISESHIPCENTERS, NORTH BAY OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO PASSENGER FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCURRED BY PASSENGER IN CONNECTION WITH (i) THE CRUISE PURCHASED HEREBY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ASSOCIATED TRANSPORTATION, ACTIVITIES, AND ACCOMMODATIONS, WHETHER PRIOR, DURING, OR AFTER THE CRUISE, (ii) ANY ACT, OMISSION, NEGLECT, ACCIDENT, ERROR OR DEFAULT OF THIRD PARTIES, PROVIDING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CRUISE, (iii) THE ALTERATION OF THE PASSENGER'S ITINERARY, WHEN ADVISABLE OR NECESSARY FOR THE SAFETY AND/OR WELL BEING OF THE PASSENGER(S), (iv) ANY ACT OF TERRORISM, WAR, ACCIDENT, WEATHER OR ANY ACT OF GOD,(v) THE CRUISE PROGRAM CANCELLATION AS PROVIDED BELOW, (V1) ANY CHANGES IN THE DESCRIBED PROGRAM CONTENT OR PRESENTERS.
TERMINATION:
This wine education cruise program requires a minimum number of participants and Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay reserves the right to cancel the program before the final payment date.  Upon cancellation, Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay will provide you the option to remain booked on the cruise less the cost of the wine program (if applicable) or issue a full refund to you and you agree Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay shall have no liability for such cancellation as provided for above.  Participants are encouraged NOT to purchase non-refundable travel components, like airline tickets, earlier than the final payment date in order to avoid airline cancellation penalties. If you purchase flights prior to final payment, Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay is not responsible for penalties in the event of cancellation or changes prior to final payment.
MISBEHAVIOR:
Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay reserves the right to ask any person to leave the wine education group who is acting inappropriately and/or who cannot control his or her behavior, and in such case passenger agrees they shall receive NO refund for the cost of the cruise and Expedia® CruiseShipCenters®, North Bay shall have no liability for, or obligation to replace, missed or lost prepaid trip elements, nor responsibility to provide return transportation to any passenger left behind.
DISPUTES:
Any controversy, dispute or claim of whatever nature arising out of, in connection with or relating to this contract or the interpretation, meaning, performance, breach or enforcement thereof, shall be resolved, at the request of either party to this contract, first by mediation in Santa Rosa, California and if mediation is unsuccessful by final and binding arbitration conducted before one neutral arbitrator at a location determined by the arbitrator in Santa Rosa, California, in accordance with the rules of California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1280 et. seq.  All decisions of the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and conclusive on all parties.  Judgment may be entered upon any such decision in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof.  This contract inures to the benefit of, and is binding on the parties and their respective heirs, representatives and assigns. This contract shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
