⚠️ Kérjük, vedd figyelembe, hogy az ott hagyott tárgyakért nem tudunk felelősséget vállalni, így fontos hogy a gyakorlatod utolsó napján, 18:00-ig ürítsd ki a szekrényed!

Dear Fellow Students! 😄

If you would like to request a locker for the duration of your summer internship, please fill out the form below. 

🔒 Important information regarding the application:

• Each locker will be shared by two people. Therefore, you have the option to provide the name of a partner with whom you wish to share a locker. In this case, you will also need to provide your partner’s personal details on the form.

• Lockers will be assigned in the order in which the form is submitted, as there are 20 lockers available.

• For the application, you will need to upload the following:

  • Personal details (name, phone number, email address).

  • The name of the department where you will be doing your clinical practice.
    

  • Duration of the internship (start and end dates).

⚠️ Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any belongings left in the locker. Therefore, it is important that you empty your locker by 6:00 PM on the last day of your internship!

🔢 The locker codes will be sent via email on the evening before the start of the practice.
