Prepared to Serve - Semester 1, 2016
Our aim at PTS is to train you in skills and character to serve Jesus and his people at uni and beyond. We pray that the things you learn will equip you for the rest of your life.

5:15 - 6:15 Common Hour
In a seminar format, we look at how the gospel speaks into current issues of our world and how it shapes Christian living.

6:15 - 7:15 Strand groups

Strand GROWTH GROUPS: How to understand and communicate the bible in small groups.
Strand BIBLICAL THEOLOGY: How to understand the bible as it fits together in God's plan of salvation.
Strand ETHICS: How to apply the teaching of the Bible to our lives each day through a gospel based framework

7.15 - 8.00 Dinner

Week 3-13 at Grace point Presbyterian Church on East St

Everyone is encouraged to attend for the whole semester and to stay for dinner

Cost: $42 covers dinner and printing for the whole semester (or $5 per week) + around $10 for training group material/book. We would prefer netbank if possible, but there will be options to pay in cash during the semester on certain weeks more details to come.
