Complete this form to register your child for St Brigid's Sunday School (which is for children in school years P1-P7 and takes place in the church halls during the 10.30am service on Sundays).

I give permission for my child to become a member of St Brigid's Sunday School meeting at the time and place specified above, and for him/her to participate in all the activities of the group. It is my understanding that specific consent will be sought for any additional activity outside of the above days and times and venues.

Photos and videos may be used on the church website and social media platforms, in emails, and in printed material, including local press and the Connor diocese magazine.
