Hoop level - All levels are welcome - don't stress too much about this. If you're not sure and you've hooped for a while just say Intermediate :) It's useful for us to know generally the level of the group so we can make sure the classes are perfect for all :)

Absolute Beginner - haven't done any tricks except trying waist hooping as a child

Beginner - you have learned some hoop tricks but don't feel confident flowing them together yet

Intermediate - you have lots of tricks eg, smears, escalators, wedgies, rolls and can put them together in sequences

Advanced - you have a big trick repertoire, can flow tricks together and come up with your own variations/combos
