Your answer
Your likability - everybody has things about themselves that they love and make them feel good. You will have personality traits, beliefs and values, or even some things you say and do that you like about your self are complimented on and attract people to you. There will also be things that tend to work in the servers … things that you don’t like, are no enjoyed by others and attract the wrong people and experiences. This exercise will require brutal honesty and as such can be very confronting, but only if you focus on the negatives or choose not to minimise them. Dr. Robert Cialdini, one of the great minds on the art of influence lists ‘likeability’ as one of the six key factors in creating influence and orchestrating successful incomes.

Your answer
Your Personal SWOT.This is a highly valued tool used by organisations to get insights into their position and prospects at a point in time. It will also do the same for you. You are most likely to uplift your level of being if you focus your energy on using your talents to their fullest extent and taking advantage of what is available to you. Similarly, you'll encounter fewer challenges if you know what your weaknesses are, if you minimise these and prepare for and overcome potential threats. A personal SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunities & threats) is a very useful tool to help you get a clear and precise picture of who you are now (internal) and what you are reacting to (external). Think carefully and make a long list for each on separate paper, then hone that down and write the top three only for each. This tool will be significantly more valuable when you go through the process of simplifying and identifying your core messages.

What would the story say? Write down the title, intro and the first couple of paragraphs about what they would say about you in 10 years time. Think about all the things you would have achieved by then, all the people you’ve helped and the difference it has made in the world.
