Please use this form for reporting concerns that Grayson County Public Schools COVID-19 policies and procedures are not being followed. All reports will remain anonymous.

The information from this form will be submitted to the Grayson County Public School Board administration and reviewed. Complaints will be investigated and handled according to current COVID-19 standards and guidelines. Employees shall not be reprimanded nor retaliated against in any way for reporting violations.
