WEBELOS SIGN UP for 51st Annual King Ranch Outing: November 16-17, 2019

This is the Sign Up Form for WEBELOS and their PARENTS/GUARDIANs for Troop 599's "King Ranch Mountain Man Rendezvous" Outing on November 16-17, 2019.

We will be Camping at King Ranch, located near Lockhart Texas!! (See directions on website for location)


ADULTS - NOTE: We prefer you be Youth Protection Training (YPT) certified to participate on this Outing. However, at the least you are to follow your Pack rules concerning this and your medical.

Please fill out this form COMPLETELY - ONE FORM FOR EACH PARTICIPANT (Cub Scouts and Adults) and submit it ONLINE no later than Sunday (Midnight) November 10th, 2019. This is our largest outing of the year so PLEASE sign up on time as we have a lot of paperwork to fill out. Make your payment to the Troop separately at any of the Troop meetings up to and including Tuesday, November 12th, 2019 or Bring it with you on Saturday Nov. 16th. Payment may be by Check or Cash, and all Checks should be made out to "BSA TROOP 599".

The Webelos will meet on Saturday (16th) at 6:15 AM at the Scout Hut behind MDUMC and will depart no later than 6:45 AM to drive to the campsites at King Ranch. Directions and maps will be handed out Saturday morning and are posted on the Troop website.

NOTE: Fees for this outing are:

ACTIVITY/FOOD Fee = $15.00 Pay to Troop (EVERYONE THAT ATTENDS - Cub Scouts and Adults)

NOTE: Troop 599 is providing ONLY SATURDAY DINNER for everyone, you must provide all other meals for yourselves (Saturday Lunch and Sunday Breakfast).

Please remember that Siblings and Pets are NOT allowed on any Outing - Only Adults and registered Scouts.
