1. This form is for donating Bugs Accounts ONLY. All accounts will be kept in our permanent inventory for future comebacks as well. If you do not want that, you can write in the comments what you would like instead.
2. All accounts must have pw: ateez@win22
3. Accounts will be given to @ateezstrm for downloads. You can still stream with them but you need to tell us if you will. These rules may differ from other fanbase google forms - so please follow their rules if you choose to use their forms.
4. Your regional fanbase may have its own Bugs account donation form - you can choose which one to use. All accounts are going to the same place in the end. If you are not comfortable filling out a form in English then those may be an option for you! DO NOT FILL IN OTHER FORMS IF YOU FILLED THIS ONE ALREADY (in other words do not donate the same accounts twice!)
5. If you indicated that you are not streaming on an account, it may be lent to an additional streamer who can't make their own Bugs account.
6. If you donated the accounts before (e.g. last year), do not donate accounts again.

The main purpose of donating these accounts is downloads, so you can stream with them while katinys download if you want, otherwise we will give them to other streamers who can't make Bugs accs. Will you stream yourself with any of these accounts? *
