Greer Station Vintage Christmas - Boutique Marketplace 2018 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the "Greer Station Vintage Christmas" Boutique Marketplace! This event will be held in the lovely Grace Hall event center, located on Trade Street in hip and historic downtown Greer, South Carolina. For 2018, we are introducing the new Marketplace Village located OUTDOORS on Victoria Street between Trade Street and Poinsett Street.
The holiday market is set for December 7 & 8 with special indoor events at the Boutique on Dec 6th and Dec 7th. The daily hours are as follows:

Thursday, December 6th. 5-8pm,
Indoor Boutique - Happy Hour Ladies Night (Benefiting Saved by the Heart)
$5 Donation Entry for Attendees

Friday, December 7th.
-Indoor Boutique - 10am-Noon - Community Brunch (Benefiting Greer Relief) - $5 Donation Entry for Attendees -
-Indoor Boutique & Outdoor Village - Regular Hours Noon-8pm (Until Santa Leaves)
Santa visit 7pm

Saturday, December 8th
Indoor Boutique & Outdoor Village - Regular hours 9am-2pm -

This market features the very best in vintage, re-purposed and upcycled handmade goods. We do not accept anyone selling commercial items or dealing in direct sales (Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Thirty-One, etc.)

Our goal for the outdoor space is to have it visually look like a marketplace village. We want to have uniformity for a professional look and fabulous pictures.
You are required to have a 10x10 WHITE tent. We also recommend putting 3 sides on your tent. If the temperature is a bit brisk during market times, you could have a space heater and the sides would help you keep the heat in. It also visually separates your product from the neighboring booth. Sides also allow you to close up your tent on Friday night with minimal effort. If you use sides, they must also be WHITE.
Booths will be right next to one another to create the village look.
We will allow product trailers/trucks that are reasonably sized at one end of the marketplace village. You have to let us know the dimensions of your trailer/truck to get approval.
The street that we are using is in between the City Park and our indoor marketplace at Grace Hall. This location has a ton of visibility to area traffic and is centrally located as a cross street between 2 main streets. It's right next to the tree lighting on Friday night and Santa will be passing through the village on his way to visit with the kids at Grace Hall.

Please fill out the information below to be considered as a vendor. There are limited spaces available so we suggest you apply as soon as possible. Due to anticipated heavy interest, we will be utilizing a "wait list" for this market. We will try to let you know within a week if you have been accepted as a vendor or if we have placed you on our wait list.

Once you have submitted this application, please remember to submit 3+ photos that represent what you will be vending and an example of your booth display. Please email the photos to and make sure to put your name/business name in the subject line. If you have a website that displays your product, please be sure to include the link.

**After we receive your photos, we will notify you via email if you have been accepted and payment options.**

Vendor Options
1. INDOOR Boutique Marketplace: 5x8 booth - $85, 8x10 booth - $135
2. OUTDOOR Marketplace Village: 10x10 space (white tent required) $100
SPACE FILLED - 3. The front of Grace Hall has a beautiful covered area with display windows. We are looking to 2 vendors that may have items to set up in front of the center display window. You would not be able to cover up the windows with a tent. This would be more for vendors with outdoor type items. Booth Setup would have to be approved due to visibility. Approx Dimensions 8'x7' $85. (2 spaces available)

Additional Show Info:
If any vendors want to help us decorate the large display windows in front of the venue to have your products featured out front, please let us know. Decorating will take place 2 weeks before the show so your items would be displayed in Trade St shopping windows for high visibility in exchange for your decorating time.
Our non-profit partners for this event are Saved by the Heart Companion Animal Services and Greer Relief & Resources Agency. We will gladly accept any door prize donations from vendors to benefit our charity partner. All Donations are accepted, appreciated and tax-deductible. SBTH will also be offering free gift wrapping. Refreshments during preview events are supplied by the benefiting charity.
During Preview shopping events on Thursday evening and Friday morning from 10am-noon, we ask all vendors to offer a special, discount or free gift with purchase. VIP bags will be offered to the first 100 attendees in the door during each special event. Please let us know if you would like to offer a coupon or treat for those bags. It must be delivered to us by Dec 5th.
