State of the Map US 2024: Visa Letter Request

If you require a Visa Letter of Invitation from the State of the Map US 2024 organizing team, please complete this Visa Letter Request Form.

State of the Map US will only issue a Visa Letter of Invitation to Scholars, Speakers, and Attendees paid in FULL.

We will request proof of ticket purchase from attendees (excluding accepted Scholars) requesting visa letters. We may also request additional information before providing a letter of support.

Visa letter requests must be submitted by April 9, 2024. Requests after this date may not be responded to.
