We are Oxford Computational Political Science Group (OCPSG), which is supported by the Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR). We aim to build a community of students and young researchers hoping to learn more about the study of computational methods in political science research. The idea is to make computational research more accessible and fun - not just a boring and incomprehensible series of numbers and statistical notations. In addition to holding workshops and hosting research programmes, the OCPSG also hosts fun events, socials, and hackathons. As we wish to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and exchange of perspectives, our opportunities are open to students and researchers at Oxford and other universities from any departments, degrees, and levels of study.
