Fashion show participant requires a booth display. I will be participating in the fashion show *
Setup: Vendor booth set-up must be completed by 9:30am Saturday, October 14th, 2017. Doors will open at 7:00 am to allow adequate time for set-up. *

Tear Down: Begins at 3:00pm *

Electricity: Is electric power needed? We will do our best to have you close to an outlet if needed, but you may need to bring your own power strips and extension cords. *
Signage: Absolutely no hand written signs allowed. All signs must be professional and / or computer generated. *

Booths: Booths consist of one six foot banquet table and two chairs. No additional tables are allowed unless approved by the Vista formal Wear coordinator. Cost for a booth is $40 and includes the morning mixer. There is a charge of $20 for each additional table. Maximum height of booth cannot exceed eight feet. *

Payment can be made via cash, credit, or check. Please make checks payable to Mane Beauty Boutique for the total booth price. Checks and cash are taken in store and an invoice will be sent via email to pay by credit/debit. Please check form of payment. *
