AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE
As a Manager of a registered adult softball team, I hereby agree to the following:
1.  To fill out registration form and turn in completed roster (with full mailing addresses) by August 3.
2.  To attend or have a team representative attend the league manager’s meeting virtually or in-person. Managers meeting will be held August 12th, link will be sent out beforehand to registered managers.
3.  To have 100% of the league fees paid in full by Tuesday, August 19th. 
4.  To inform my team members of all league rules, regulations, and schedule.
