Join Johanna's Yoga Flow + Breathwork Live Class, nurturing your body and mind in a holistic combination of an active Yoga Flow followed by a deeply meditative and restoring Breathwork Session. This class is a combination class (approx 45 min yoga followed by 45 min Breathwork) and allows you to move your body, boost your immune system, join a deep breath meditation and feel deeply relaxed and recharged.

Did you know that Breathwork is like a massage for the mind and a proven way to not only reduce stress and increase energy, but also sleep better and lift your athletic performance.

Through the proper breath technique you are able to influence your autonomic nervous system and thus allowing you to relieve your stress levels.

SESSION FORMAT AND WHAT TO BRING

We will move and breathe online from the sanctuary of your home - breathwork can be done either laying down or sitting. Johanna will send you the ZOOM link via email 30 minutes before class. You simply download the ZOOM app or open ZOOM in your browser.

Recommendations:
- make use of headphones or a high quality speaker for the best possible sound experience
- have a yoga mat and a blanket or pillow to sit on and a spare blanket to cover yourself up if needed. You are welcome to use essential oils and anything else that enhances your personal practice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Conscious breathing is a safe practice. But if you are experiencing any of the following conditions you should not do any breathholds during the practice: Pregnancy, Epilepsy, acute cancer, COPD, heart arrhythmia, pacemaker.
