EMERGENCY HORSE HAY APPLICATION
FOR EQUINE VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS ~ Provided by Fleet of Angels, Donors, and Partners
INSTRUCTIONS
An animal owner's best initial resource is your local County Emergency Management Office, who may be able to offer you resources initially. If you have been unable to receive assistance from your area agencies or if you've been unable to reach them, please fill out and submit this form to request hay and other emergency needs for the equines in your care. Please be as thorough as needed for us to understand your situation, and to help us determine distribution quantities. Adding photos showing the damage you suffered (if applicable) and photos of some of your animals in the current disaster-affected setting helps expedite the approval of your request.
