24-25 IHSEA Registration
This form should be filled out only by the General Manager or Teacher/Sponsor for the school's esports program. 1 entry per school.   Please contact your General Manager/Teacher/Sponsor fill out this form. After completing registration in your first season you will be sent an invoice to pay the $200 registration fee for this season.  This fee covers any and all functions that the IHSEA offers for the school year.
