CCR&R of Multnomah County is offering the online portion of our two-part, blended first aid and CPR class for free. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
You will need a computer or smart phone, and internet access, to take this class. The online class will take 2-3 hours to complete.
One week after completing the class, you will receive an email with a temporary certificate for Infant/child/adult CPR and first aid. Your class completion will also be listed in ORO.
This certificate is accepted by DHS and ELD (State of Oregon child care licensing).
Your temporary certificate is valid until 60 days after CCR&R in-person classes resume.
When CCR&R in-person classes resume, we will contact you to register for a three-hour, in-person class at Mt. Hood Community College Maywood Campus. At that time, you will need to pay the $50 registration fee. (Fees are waived for RF and CF licenses, as well as DHS-listed license-exempt providers.)
After taking the in-person class, you will receive a normal certification card, good for two years.
