The Science Kit Interest Form // Formulario de Registro
Thank you for your interest in The Science Kit! We are excited to provide K-6 students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds with interactive at-home experiments to introduce them to the field of science. Please fill out the form below to register your student for a series of three science kits through the month of May.

Each of the three kits will include instructions and materials for two experiments as well as educational resources for further exploration of the reactions taking place. Due to limited materials, the kits will be provided free of charge to only a select number of students.

Estamos muy emocionados de poder proveer experimentos de ciencia gratuitos a estudiantes de grados K-6 que pertenecen a grupos típicamente no representados en ciencia. Por favor llene este formulario para registrar a su estudiante para poder recibir tres kits de ciencias durante el mes de Mayo.

Además de instrucciones y materiales para dos experimentos, cada kit incluye recursos educacionales para explorar los experimentos a más detalle. Debido a la cantidad limitada de materiales, solo una podremos proveer estos kits gratuitos a un número selecto de estudiantes.
