Event Address: 1100 Elder Ave Menlo Park, Ca 94025 - Enter either through circle drop off field entrance OR from sidewalk on Santa Cruz field entrance (Please do not enter school grounds, gates will be locked).
Walk-ups encouraged - RSVP not required, but greatly appreciated for preparation!
Students may not attend this event without an adult chaperone - 1 adult for every 8 children.

This event is open to ALL families and ALL ages including Menlo Park City School District families and surrounding communities. We especially would like to welcome MPCSD 5th graders (incoming 6th graders) and their families to join us!
How many total will attend? [1 adult/parent chaperone is needed for every 8 children]
Age range of children - check all that apply (Please remember that 1 adult chaperone is required to attend and stay with their group for every 8 children)
We will have a suggested donation of $6 per person for a wristband as you enter the event as well as $2 popcorn/treats and $1 water as well as Dippin' Dots for sale! Only cash can be accepted at this time. All proceeds will benefit two causes: the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. We will also have 5-star Yelp food truck Los Carnalitos on site, so please bring your appetites! 10% of their sales are being donated to our cause. So that we can prepare, please check a response below.

We also plan on buying popcorn, treats/candy, and water to support JDRF & LLS and will bring cash.
We plan on eating 5-Star Yelp Los Carnalitos Food Truck!

Rules: No alcohol is allowed at this event. Please also limit your outside food/drink to support our causes and vendors. One adult chaperone is needed to supervise your group of up to 8 children. This is a student-run event (ASB) and they will be the ones cleaning up. Please help us by disposing of all of your trash accordingly at the end of the event. Bring blankets/pillows/folding chairs and cash. Field/Food truck open at 7:30pm, movie starts at 7:55pm. The school parking lot is open on a first come, first served basis. Please respect our neighbors/community when parking elsewhere.
