Fall 2020 Trail Running and Trail Hike Registration
PLEASE NOTE: THE TRAIL RUNNING SESSION IS FULL. SINCE A FEW PEOPLE CANCEL THE FIRST NIGHT YOU CAN BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST AND START THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THERE ARE 2 SPOTS LEFT IN POWER HIKE GROUP.
Join us for a 7 week session for the Trail Run or Trail Hike Classes in Horseshoe area offered by Vicki Tree Yoga and Wellness.
Date: Thursday, September 3rd, 2020 - Thursday, October 15th, 2019 (7 weeks)

A. Trail Run/Walk Class (Thursday evening 6pm - 7pm)
B. Power Hike Class (Thursday evening 6pm - 7pm)
DESCRIPTION OF EACH CLASS:
Trail Run/Walk Class: No need to worry about your speed. The class will divide into 3 groups with various distances (2.5km - 6km options) and speeds. As long as you can run/walk 3km, this class is for you. Virginia Gingras and Andrea LaMantia will be in the instructors.
Power Hike Class: Walking only at a pace that suits your needs with the focus of getting your heart rate up and moving your body at a comfortable but challenging pace. The class will divide into 2 groups to accommodate various speeds and will cover 3 - 4km each week. All levels welcome. Jenna LaMantia will be the instructor.
Each week we will send you an email on Sunday to let you know where we will be running that Thursday. We run/walk in rain or shine....unless huge winds. The class will always be ON!
Locations will be in the Horseshoe Valley area.
**Please bring old yoga mat for core/stretch after run and water**
